It's Wednesday, so that means another Sweet Sketch challenge for you to join us in. Above is the wonderful sketch our grand creator Arlana made! It's over the top fun, so be sure and play along. Please add your comment though on the challenge blog so you are in the running for the grand prize. Who's our sponsor and what is the prize you ask???
Why our lovely sponsor is Gerda from the Stamp Fairy. And she is providing a whopper of a prize...4 digis of the winner's choice!!! With so much cuteness and whimsy at her shop, you'll have a hard time keeping it only to four!!!!!
Here's my card!! Thank you Gerda for providing me with this ADORABLE Kasi Happy Life image. I fell in love with this kitty the moment I saw her. I had to stay neutral here and color this kitty golden yellow since neither of my two cats are!!! A Mother's gotta keep peace in the family!!! Now I must point something out on this card, the teal strip across the middle...I actually pulled out my crimper (after wiping the dust off of it!) and used it!!! I also got into my Max & Whiskers Basic Grey paper along with a "best friend" epoxy sticker from a scrapbooking kit I've had for a long time. I'm feelin' good about using what I've got...and it's about time too!!!
Can you tell I'm tired?! It's after midnight and I haven't been sleeping well at night. We already know school is delayed tomorrow, and with the way the snow is coming down, it wouldn't surprise me if they cancel. If you're snowed in too, play along and post your card link over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. While you're there, check out the rest of the DT's creations, they are fabulous!!!

Linda, I think you colored Kasi the perfect golden color! Your papers are so cute and I love that you crimped your paper! I hope you stay safe as I hear Southern USA is getting hit with quite a big storm.

auhhh Linda. We still have snow from several weeks ago. Prescott's snow never stays this long. But this time we really got dumped on. Nothing like what you are getting back there though. I will not complain!! Your little kitten is adorable. Don't you just love it when you can get something old and and make it work for you on a card. I have so much stuff and I really need to start using all of it. Don't get too cold. And, most of all, be safe!
Hugs, Nancy
Oh Linda, Kasi couldn't look any prettier than you have made her/him. Just the perfect colors and love those BG papers!! Ok paper crimper, mmmmmm I think I may have one of those hidden too!! LOL!! Love your card it is just so cute and fun!
Stay warm as we are in for more snow this weekend. yuck! :)
Linda such a fun kitty image. everyone liked kitties this week. I love the color of your kittie and your sweet papers. Fun that you pulled out your crimper. Havent used mine in ages. Thanks for all you do.
Linda, It think it is Kitty Week at SSW! Time to honor our sweet pets! This image is way cute and you were so clever to use your crimper to make a ribbon. Don't you just feel wonderful when we can do with what we have! I will have to get my crimper out of the attic!. I think that is where it is. Hope you are thawing at your place. It's still very cold here at Arlana's.
This is so darn cute and I love the kitty's neutral color! Your show of impartiality here just cracks me up - what fun! This is so purr-fectly paired with that wonderful DP. Just absolutely fantastic Linda-I just want to crawl into your head and absorb your creativity!
Hugs,
Sharon
This little guy is adorable, love you picks in papers.
Hi Linda! Your card is adorable! I love how you coloured Kasi up. Our little kittens are getting quite chubby, I'm just relieved they are off the bottle :)
BTW, I've just had a surf through your blog, you are a busy lady, beautiful cards :)
