I'm So Happy!

Last week I was dealing with a potential family crisis which, for now, has settled down. It took all my time and energy that I was thrilled to finally get back into my stamp room. Send up a prayer for me, if you don't mind, my family and I sure could use it! This card is for Laurie Wilson's monthly blog challenge - Clearly Delightful. I love sketches so I knew I had to do this one. I used one of Laurie's freebie digis (will that get me any brownie points Laurie?!), Happy Bird. I watercolored him with my Tombow markers. I used my Labels One nestie to cut the bird out in place of the circle shape on the sketch. And the sentiment makes use of an oval and scallop oval nestie. DSP is Basic Grey's Green at Heart, while cardstock colors include Rich razzleberry, white, and CDS's Lime juice. I also used CDS's Tangelo Smoothie satin ribbon. And, surprise surprise, I did some sewing along the edges and embellished with pearls! Come back the next couple of days, I will have some samples using the newest releases of digi stamps from Clear Dollar Stamps coming out tomorrow. You won't want to be without these!!!!
