Sweet Vegetable Garden

Yep, it's Wednesday, so that means a new sketch at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2. Yet another fun and fabulous sketch too, plenty of opportunity to use those pattern papers you've been hoarding (or is that only me?!!).

Our very generous monthly sponsor, Digi Stamp Boutique, is offering our winner a £10 gift voucher for  their store. Take a moment and browse, I know you'll have a wish list a mile long (or, once again, is that only me?!!!).

With the nasty cold and snowy winter we've had here in Pittsburgh, PA, it was such a pleasure working with this sweet image, In the Garden - Veggies.  My Dad was the master gardener of the family. Boy how I miss him and his wonderful produce!

I sure hope you can join us this week and share your wonderful inspiration with us at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2.

I'd like to enter my card into the March customer competition over at the Digi Stamp Boutique Blog.

Linda there's no snow around the vegetables in your card. Love your card it really does feel like Spring, with those bright summery colours. I can't get over you've had such a cold Winter, I do hope that doesn't mean we're going to follow suit. We've had a really long hot Summer with very little rain. Great posting this week. Take care and have a wonderful week.

I enjoyed your commentary as much as your sweet sweet card. I DO love this very CAS image...they can just jump right off the card if done right. My husband's mom and dad had a farm and I loved going their and spending time...something this city girl couldn't get enough of. I loved his garden and preserved so much for the entire year. Then there were all the fruit trees...peaches, apples, pomegranate, and 4 varieties of pecans. Thanks for the memories!

"Hello, my name is Joanna and I am a paper hoarder" No, you are NOT alone in the business of hoarding. My hubby can grow stuff but I can kill plants just by glancing in their direction! Your card is simply beautiful.

Hoarding? Papers? Me? I'm just saving for my retirement. Your card and post reminded me so much of my dad and his gardening Linda, happy memories.
Love your bright colours and pretty flowers.

What a sweet garden image and your colors are springy and happy. Thanks for the post this week. We have little tiny piles of snow left here and there, and crocus are blooming in the yard. Spring is here! Hugs, Heide
