Happy

We have a new CAS challenge starting today at The Outlawz, and the theme is balloons. Easy, right?!! I actually couldn't wait to use my new Blueprints 26 die from My Favorite Things. I sponged some inks onto a piece of white cardstock then cut it out as the balloon. My background is a Winnie and Walter stencil from the Stamp of Approval box that I rubbed Versamark ink over, covered in glittery embossing powder, then heat embossed it. Love the sparkles in real life! The happy die was cut out 3 times and layered on top of each other for added dimension. Almost forgot, the string and bow were cut out of silver foil cardstock.
