A day in the life of Linda Anderson just can't be simple anymore!!!!! I finished this card late last night and decided to wait till this morning to take a picture and post it. Well, only to find out this morning that my camera was broken. Off to Target I go but they are sold out of most of their cameras -- graduation gifts the clerk said. Where to next? Costco came to mind and I found the one I was looking for. Even had colors to choose from. Well as you know a camera doesn't work right out of the package, the battery needs to be charged!! That didn't take as long as I thought it would so I took pictures...only to find our internet wasn't working...again!!!!! After all these hoops I had to jump thru, here's my card!!!!!
This card is for a Wish RAK challenge on SCS to make a card for a child other than a birthday card. Since I have two boys I knew this image from Stamping Bella was for me; it's called Tyler the Jock. And I went with an "I love you" card, which again, because I have two boys, you can't say in public to them, it's too mushy!!!!! So I went with "adore." The sentiment is by Hero Arts. Brilliant blue, Real red, White, and some scrap yellow designer paper are the colors. Thanks for swinging by and listening to my tale of woe!

After all of that craziness, I'm glad you got your card posted. It is totally adorable!!!! Great job. I love the bright colors!
I don't know if you are old enough to remember rosanne rosanna danna but if you aren't she said "if it isn't one thing its another". Story of my life so I can empathize! The card was worth the hassle though, completely adorable. I gotta have that stamp now.
LOL Oh Linda... For all the trouble you went through just for this picture and you know what.... Its ADORABLE. Love the vibrant colors and your image is too darn adorable. So worth the *craziness* I would say. But I didn't trudge all over town either. hee hee
What a cute card! Our internet went out last night and there was no storm or anything! What kind of camera did you end up with?
