Otter Say Hello

Otter also saying Happy Birthday!!! This is a new set created by Kris from Imagine That! Take a moment and browse thru her shop, I know you'll find some wonderful sets that are perfect for what you need. I'm always in need of birthday cards, so I couldn't resist this cutie from the set Otter Say Hello. The plaid paper comes from the Ice Cream Parlour digital paper pack...perfect!! I even used one of the Sketches by Carly that you can find HERE as my inspiration.

Have a wonderful Wednesday! I have the next 2 days off so I hope my mojo stays with me so I can get lots of creating done!

You're Dino-Mite!

Doodle Pantry is sponsoring the Valentines or Love Cards for kids challenge over at Send a Smile 4 Kids. I used this sweet dinosaur from the Little Girl Valentines set by Doodle Pantry along with two of the digital papers. As you know, I LOVE the color version of digis for the time saving factor. I am trying really hard to get ahead of the game when it comes to my DT requirements. It's a slow process as I am still no more organized this year than I was last year!!!

National Bird Day

Yep, this week is National Bird Day! To honor our fine feathered friends, we're asking you to create something with a bird on it for the CAS challenge at The Outlawz. I'm using an image from our sponsor this month, The Cutting Cafe called Valentine Animals and Bugs. I sponged around the image while it was still in the die for that fun framed look. Then a little stitching and my very simple card is complete. I hope you can join us for some clean and simple fun at The Outlawz, it will be such a "tweet!!"

Stella Says Sketch

It's a new year and time for a new Stella Says Sketch over at Catch the Bug. I love it, so perfect for the CAS style I've come to adore!!

Here's my card, using from Bugaboo, Glass of Wine a Day. I had this image colored and die cut for a previous challenge...and it never got put to use. How lucky was I that it fit perfectly with this sketch! I added glossy accents to the wine, I so love the shine. Sure hope you can join us for Stella's latest sketch over at Catch the Bug.

How Kind

The challenges have resumed over at Catch the Bug and this week's theme is Anything Goes. I'm done making Christmas cards, but now I need thank you cards. I couldn't resist this cutie from Bugaboo, Lady Bug Butterfly. I get to use a classic color combo that I love, red, white and black. I sure hope you can join us this week at Catch the Bug for our Anything Goes challenge.

Happy New Year

Welcome 2016!! I'm going to have to get used to writing it!! The first of the month means a new Ants in my Pantry Digital Challenge getting started at the Doodle Pantry Blog. Use any digital image for your chance at a prize from Doodle Pantry. I'm actually tired of making Christmas cards, so I pulled out this beautiful Resting Bird image and sentiment that I found on my pile of "been printed off for awhile now" digis!!  The pattern paper I also found on my pile and comes from the set Workout Birdie (perfect for that New Year's resolution to get into shape!!).

Speaking of birds,I've been keeping my feeders filled and they have been visiting me every minute of the day. Even the robins, who usually fly south for the winter, have decided to stay here in Pittsburgh. Yesterday I had 12, yes 12, of them taking turns in our waterfall taking a bath. It was so fun to watch!

I hope you can join us for our January Ants in my Pantry Digital Challenge over at the Doodle Pantry Blog.
