An SCS challenge for SU Demos only. Using the suggested sketches and color combos listed in the Demonstrator Manual for this month, create a card ... and here's mine. My colors were Bravo burgundy, Bordering blue, and Natural ivory. I can't believe that I need to FINALLY order more Bordering blue!!!! I think this is the very first pack I bought 4 years ago. What's so funny about it is blue is my favorite color!! I must just go for other blues! I used the sponge dauber to color in the flowers, sponged around them in blue, then dragged the edges thru the stamp pad. Double backgrounds of course - Floral in Bordering blue on blue and Cheesecloth in white.
I sure hope the predicted snow holds out for tomorrow. The kids were off school today - I have so much to do I need the day tomorrow all to myself to take care of everything. We'll see what tomorrow brings! Stay warm!

Very pretty card, Linda! It is so soft looking with the sponging in and around the flowers. I use Borderling Blue very seldom and I like it the best of all the blues. I just don't gravitate toward it for some reason.
Again, beautiful card, backgrounds and nice soft colors. That is so funny about the blue. Blue is my favorite color too and I use the bordering blue very little. I love the navy.
